Who to call for help:
- Public b&w copiers: If public copiers in Knight malfunction, call CPS for on-call assistance: 6-1919
- Staff copier in Summit Room: If staff copier in Knight malfunctions and you cannot fix it, use another staff copier (Lib Administration Suite) and also put a message on 6-1901 giving time of day and description of melt-down.
Color copying: Since Knight does not have any color copiers, UO faculty, staff, and students may want to scan items that do not circulate using the ITC color scanner or, for items wider than 8.5", the 11x17 color scanner in the GIS lab. For oversized output they can use the AAA output room. Patrons who need to take items to outside color copiers can get exceptions to our noncirculation policies.
