Test Run


In order to plan how long the shift takes, how many teams, how many people, you need to get some folks to run a test.

Don't use seasoned shifters if your final shift will be done by newbies.

Start a mini shift, and time it. Include travel time to and from the ComPost (Command Post), average sections/hour. Think about the travel time in general through the entire library.

Then pad the numbers just a bit.
