1. Precisely rotate with the Measure tool

2. Change to Grayscale

3. Adjust uneven lighting by adding an adjustment layer and filling it with a grey to black gradient

4. Flatten layers

5. Correct perspective with Edit menu > Transform > Distort

6. Crop

7. Adjust contrast with Image menu > Adjustments > Levels
