- Acting Outdoor Program
Coordinator for over 30 cumulative months, responsible for administrating
and supervising all aspects of the program

event programming including promotion and execution of 70+
presentations, film festivals, conferences
and clinics a year
- Supervise all program
marketing and promotion efforts including newsletter,
multi-media slide show, brochures, electronic promotion, and
special events

program developments such as the Annual Rogue
River Clean-up, and the innovative, popular Allard
and Casey Safety Memorial Library
- Co-coordinate wilderness
resource center, three program physical spaces, and an equipment

and safety clinics for a wide variety of outdoor skill and safety
topics including several personally created and executed
BUDGET MANAGEMENT
AND FUNDRAISING
- Direct experience
creating, presenting and overseeing annual program budget as
well as responsibility for bike book revenue and special event
budgets
- Brought event programming
revenue from zero to $4,000-6,000 year by innovative
programming rather than raising prices for students
- Successful at grant
writing and fundraising with over $20,000 cash raised personally
in addition to in-kind and product donations
SUPERVISION
- Co-supervise and
hire .9 fte trip facility manager, .5 fte office manager, 12-15
students, 1-4 interns and volunteers
