EUGENE, Ore. – (March 21, 2014) – The Board of Trustees of the University of Oregon will meet on March 26 from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., March 27 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., and March 28 from 8:30 a.m. to noon.
The meetings are open to the public. The March 26 session will be held in Room 403 of the Ford Alumni Center, 1720 E. 13th Avenue in Eugene. The March 27 and 28 sessions will be held in the Giustina Ballroom at the Ford Alumni Center. The one exception to the Ford Alumni Center location is a trustee dinner with students to be held on March 27 at 6 p.m. in the Lundquist College of Business Lillis Atrium.
The agenda will include committee reports to the board.
Committee meeting reports will be shared from the following:
- The Finance and Facilities Committee –March 17, 2014
- The Academic and Student Affairs Committee - March 26, 2014
- The Executive and Audit Committee - March 26, 2014
The trustees will also review and approve tuition and mandatory enrollment fees for forwarding to the State Board of Higher Education; receive an overview of the budget process; address a policy on retention and delegation of authority; discuss interaction with the Higher Education Coordinating Commission; and receive a report on the 2014 legislative session.
