EUGENE, Ore. – (March 20, 2014) – The Academic and Student Affairs Committee and the Executive and Audit Committee and of the Board of Trustees of the University of Oregon will meet March 26 at the Ford Alumni Center, Room 403. The meetings are open to the public.

The Academic and Student Affairs Committee meeting, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., will include discussion about the organization of the committee, interaction with and responsibilities of the Higher Education Coordinating Commission, and responsibilities of the university regarding academic and student affairs.

The Executive and Audit Committee meeting, from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., will include discussion about routine board meeting reports and full board meetings; discussion about an audit plan for fiscal year 2015; discussion about Board policies; and a schedule for future meetings.

The Ford Alumni Center is located at 1720 East 13th Avenue.
