bypass.csv contains (hypothetical) data for an experiment to estimate
the effect of a new procedure for coronary bypass surgery that is
supposed to help with the postoperative healing process. See Chapter
21 in Regression and Other Stories.

stay     - the length of hospital stay after surgery
age      - the age of the patient
new      - the indicator for whether the new surgical procedure was used
severity - preoperative disease severity
