| Continued with and completed OBS recoveries. After a short delay in recovery operations due to weather, recoveries recommenced in the early morning hours. The winds fell quickly and the seas lay down nicely. At 2310Z the OBS at S34 was recovered. A total of 68 instruments were deployed at 64 sites. All 68 instruments were successfully recovered. The SIO and WHOI OBS groups earned well deserved congratulations. |
