Line 4 is shot throughout the night. Weather has improved considerably, winds fall to 5 -10 kts, seas dominated by a long period swell. During the night line 4 is shot from south to north, passing over the Endeavour seamount prior to breakfast. Need to be aware of these features and when we pass over them.
Following line 4 we turned to the east, traversing the ridge axis toward line 3. String one developed a small air leak so this will be fixed during the transit. String 2 is pulled to side while S1 is pulled aboard for repair. S3 tow rope frayed at the choke point; repaired. During transit all strings are repaired in time to begin line 3, which is shot from north to south. The window for timing errors is reduced from 4 to 2 ms.
