The CSI resources (e.g., hardware, software and technical support) will be at the disposal of the PIs. Additionally,
the CSI won't ask for blood from a turnip.  Heck, we'll even let it work as a meritocracy:  If the PIs are successful they will reap some unmentionable benefit, or at the very least they will not be subject to the usual UofO policy which
paraphrased is:  "Now that you were successful, do more with less."
