Note for nest year's speakeasy: excellect time: friday of week eight at 7:00. faculty in the music Coordinator updates: Non-HOPES - curriculum survey (Kennett): give to faculty, put in Kennett's mailbox before next friday. results will be incorporated into dean's search. HOPES: - Fundraising (Martha): $2,000 from mail-in. 4250 from SBS- we will hang posters for them. -Charrette (Lilah): pick maps for charrette advertisement posters. PIELC tableing- Knight Law School this weekend,first and last people will pick up and return materials to the EDC office. Earth day, April 20th: opportunity for new coords to make transition. table or some event (Jessy and Zac)? World Earth Peace June 1-5th in Sanfrancisco EPCP (Permaculture Program) Lost Valley: retreat for advertisement in program ($500 value), table at expo, and present at UO. -HOPES Poster (Chris and Phil): send all program info before spring break -T-shirt (Chris C): ready as soon as p.o. goes in (one week). FEMA (Federal Energy Management) Andrew Cronen GTF, possible HOPES workshop for next year's HOPES- a finished tour of campus. Joanne Hogarth clean up/ repair workshop. Re-union alumni design/build ridgebeam workshop. Finances (Roxanne): Library checkout scanner vs. type in? type in. $40 for checkout computer program. webcamerca- buy off ebay. -Prof Showcase(Ryan): six speakers, more boards. -HOPES professional credit (Marsha): AIA, ASLA, APA decription of all workshops, panels, and charrette. evaluation- measure learning. Substantive Items -Logistics (Susan): Holycow: speaker's dinner, $8 courtyard lunch, menu options- food subcommitte formed: Sam, Chris L, Zac, Martha, Susan will meet Tues. Alcohol: do not need campus catering, need OLCC bartenders, can use donated beer. Checklist for all events and workshops for all logistical needs;, a/v, materials, etc. -PR strategy (Lilah): ppt presentation in Salem. APA prof, credit avail, LEED.
