General Items: -Approve Agenda -Wish Erin good thoughts and a speedy recovery -John Baldwin Memorial 3 - 5pm Friday the 18th Program - Chris L. needs donor info - USGBC will post edc (or hopes) logo Day-of-Coordination - Susan -info booth by registration table will constantly be staffed by volunteers (combining reg and info in slow times) -master schedule binder will hold all important info -info booth will be keymaster -each panel will have an assistant to: - perform headcounts - A/V assist - answer logistics questions -coffee donation by cafe mam - what to do about cups? -Bring? paper? Chris C. to call campus recycling - where would we wash cups? -set-up/clean-up -each coord needs to think about the needs for their event -have info ready for next meeting (or earlier if possible) Charrette - Lilah -River Road meeting Wed. March 30th -City Club Meeting, Friday -over 30 sign-ups already! -6 judges signed up other news: -Tabling on Earth Day, April 20th - 5 hour event -Potential studio projects with Community Village (Country Faire) and from Mike Bonner (summer studio idea) Spatial Things - Susan -room assignments not yet finalized -let Susan know any special needs by yesterday... -Fire Marshall Issues - Susan went on walkthrough, ask her if you have questions PR/Outreach - Lilah -Pick up posters in your boxes and post them! -Registration tabling during week one of next term - sign up for shifts at next meeting -Please erase messages on phone and email after you have dealt with them Volunteer Meeting - Susan -Thursday March 31st @ 5:30 pm -approved $75 for food -give Susan volunteer needs (times, # of people, etc.) ASAP - By next meeting at the latest Key Questions/Wrap up -Registration processing - all mailed registrations go to Chris L. first (Roxanne will get homestay info from Chris) Next meeting - tentatively set for TUESDAY MARCH 29TH @ 6PM - check your email for a confirmation.
