This concept builds a reduced program on 15th Avenue across from Bean and can provide space to relocate programs that are in the way of future living/learning development in Straub/Earl and Walton. The living/learning component would be limited to FIGs and Freshman Seminars, and the facility would not have food service. This concept appears to comply with the requirements of the Long Range Campus Develpment Plan.
