Concept K moves the tennis courts one half court south, builds a building on the north portion of the tennis court site, and also builds a south addition to Carson Hall, creating a portal for the promenade to pass through. This project builds on a designated open space in the Long Range Campus Development Plan, and exceeds the allowable floor area for this portion of campus.
