Visual Comfort Probability

This is defined as the percentage of normal-vision observers who will
be comfortable in a specific visual environment.

Details of Visual Comfort Probability:
-Can be determined by a questionnaire
-Can be predicted during design by use of detailed computer simulations
-Can be estimated during design through comparison or correlation
-VCP is expressed as a percentage or whole number
-VCP of > 70 is a typical design criterion (target)
