We can estimate efficiency as follows:

Efficiency = ( SupplyOn – IntakeOn ) / ( SupplyOff – IntakeOn )
= ( 22.1 – 16.1 ) / ( 22.9 – 16.1 ) = 88%      (for March 16)
= ( 20.9 - 17.0) / ( 24.1 - 17.0 )  = 55%      (for February 28)

Trial 2 Efficiency Estimate = 80% or more
