Academics
I am a PhD candidate at the University of Oregon. My advisor is Ellen Eischen.
I am grateful to have received support from the Anderson Research Award and the University of Oregon's 2020-2021 College of Arts and Sciences Dissertation Research Fellowship.
Research Interests
I am interested in number theory and using algebraic geometry to study arithmetic.
I like to think about automorphic forms and their connections to p-adic L-functions.

Preprints
Families of Differential Operators for Overconvergent Hilbert Modular Forms, June 2020.
Note computing the Euler factors of L-functions in Tate's Thesis, including at places where the character is ramified.
Note introducing Damerell's formula, which expresses special values of certain L-functions in terms of special values of certain Eisenstein series.
Personal Interests
In my free time, I like to play ultimate frisbee.
In college, I played one year for UNC Darkside, three years for UNC BatCH (I was their Callahan nominee in 2016), and one year for Oregon Ego.
Since then, I have played club for Eugene Dark Star, and coached the University of Oregon's B team, Butte squad, whose name references two buttes in the Eugene area.

Recently I have started indoor bouldering.

I am also a big college basketball fan. Go Heels!
