This is VERY exciting, because it means that for the first time
a member of the E-LAW network (and I consider you to be part of
the network) is writing home pages for the WWW.
I will also send you a document that is a summary of the Russian
Legal system. Perhaps you can mark it up in HTML and let me see
how it would work if it were put up on a server.
