Work with COACh

COACh is a grass-roots organization, founded by University of Oregon Professor of Chemistry Geraldine Richmond. COACh is devoted to advancing the careers of women scientists and engineers in the United States and around the world. Since 2005 I have used my data analysis skills to help COACh better understand the issues that women scientists face and how they can be helped. Reports  of this work are listed below.
