Indirect electric lights take advantage of the high ceilings (maximum H pays off again). No glare in computer screens from electric lights, and dimming is quite subtle.
Acoustic control is critical in an interior with many massive surfaces. Hanging absorbant baffles do not interfere with daylight distribution.
Building width, structure system, materials, windows, electric lighting, and furnishings are determined by light, heat, coolth.
