Cataloger

The Cataloger layout is where information about VRC employees hired or working as Cataloger is registered. The Initials field is used in almost every other layout to identify who created a particular record. In this way, the Staff can check an individual’s work easily.

Modification Date	Auto-generated
Cataloger Name	Use natural order: “First Last”
Initials	Free text	Use a unique combination of letters and capitalizations, as necessary. Scroll through extant records to determine uniqueness.
Email	Use full email address
Telephone	Include area code if off-campus
Active	Pull-down menu
User Profile	Pull-down menu	Most employees will use GradStudent or HourlyTemp
