Culture
The
Culture layout records information about cultures and nationalities. In the
Work record these can refer to the Agents involved in the creation of the work,
the place where it was produced or exists, or the society surrounding its
creation. Please use the Note field to give as much information as you can
about the Culture, including geographic area and dates. AAT and DOA are the
best authorities to look in for a culture, but if you’re stuck, take a look at
the Getty’s
Nationalities List.
