Inventory Spreadsheet
The first part of documenting a class that has already been taught with slides is to created a spreadsheet with information about the slide, so that it can be found and digitized later. All information can be found on the slide label. See Data Entry for more information. After digitization for the course is complete, the Inventory Spreadsheet is given to the faculty member with the JPG images correspondig to the Digital File Names.

- In cell A1, type in the number and name of the course
- In column A, input the slide call number as it appears on the slide
- In column B, input the site (for Architecture) or creator for the work

- In column C, input the title of the work
- In column D, input the Slide Accession Number, located on the back label of the slide, as it appears
- Column E remains blank until the Project Manager accessions the image. It is the Project Manager's responsibility to add the Digital File Name to the spreadsheet.
