Inventory Scanning

After the spreadsheet inventory is prepared, we created a PDF of the slide labels and thumbnails of the images for reference purposes. This is done by scanning the slides twice on the Epson 10000 flatbed scanner, 20 slides at a time to facilitate printing. The scans are made through Silverfast/Photoshop, and then combined using Adobe Acrobat. There is preset in Silverfast exclusively for use when doing Inventory Scanning. Place all personal slides at the end of the scanning queue.
