Order Tracking Sheet
The Order Tracking Sheet is attached to the Order Form upon receipt of the order. It provides a quick reference as to where the Order is in the workflow and also allows the Staff to track who did what should a mistake be made. The lines to the left of each task are initialed and dated by the person who performed that task.
The first 7 tasks are usually performed by the Project Manager. Vireocat Pre-Cataloging is usually performed by the Staff. The next three tasks are for the Scanning Technicians. The Catalogers are responsible for cataloging and the Image Quality Check. The last two tasks are performed by the Staff.
The Order # and Source # are assigned during the Pre-Cataloging by the Staff.
