Vcat Best Practices:
Order
Source and Order
are used for Pre-Cataloging (see Order Tracking Sheet). The Staff
usually handle Pre-Cataloging, though a Cataloger may be asked to fill out
Source and Order records for special projects. The Order layout records who
requested the image(s), their department and course number and when the Order
was placed. Once all cataloging has been done, an inventory sheet can be
produced identifying the image(s) with the digital image file(s) and given to
the requestor for easy access.

Print button: Opens a new layout with a customized list of all image records
associated with an Order
