Vcat Best Practices:

Technique

The Techniques layout is used to created terms that describe what processes are used to create a work. This is different from the WorkType, although the terminology may overlap. Please use established Broad terms when adding new Techniques, or consult Staff about adding a new Broad term to the mix.
