This small print was likely printed in the 1970s by the Yokohama publisher Chikuhōdo which still offers this design for sale. It is tipped to a 14 1/4" x 9 7/8" sheet folded into quarters with the below stamped information on the verso giving the name of the artist and publisher's (竹芳洞 Chikuhōdo) copyright:
