Source: A Guide to No, P.G. O'Neill, Hinoki Shoten, 1929, p. 58.

A priest meets a woman at Hotoke-no-hara who tells him the story of Hotoke Gozen.  He hears how she won the favour of Taira no Kiyomori but late followed the example of Gio by becoming a nun and returning to her own village where she died.  The woman then asks for the prayers of the priest and disappears.  Later that night, Hotoke comes to him in his dream and dances.
