This Bites
This is a short hand drawn animation. Each frame is drawn separately on three-hole punched computer paper, using a lightbox. To get these images on the computer, I used a program called MonkeyJam along with a video camera hooked up to the computer. After taking a picture of each frame, I then generated the animation. Well over 300 individual make up this animation. The main purpose of this animation was to explore the walk cycle of a character. I wanted a little bit more of a challenge, so I added a dog in, and then added some more humorous parts like the loader bar and reaction shots.
