Description: This course is a graduate level exploration of topics of current interest in small group dynamics. This term we will focus on theory and research in small group development and small group decision-making.

Requirements: Students will be expected to take responsibility for at least one session of the seminar and to complete a term project on a topic within the area of small group dynamics. The topic and form of this project (traditional term paper, empirical project, annotated bibliography, case study, etc.) are flexible but must be approved by the instructors. Projects are due by the last day of finals week.
