For certain minimal dynamical systems, we studied the K-theory 
of the corresponding crossed prouct C*-algebras. A sufficient condition 
for approximate conjugacy of two such dynamical systems is given. Besides, 
the relationship between "approximate conjugacies" and the K-theory of the 
crossed product is also studied.
