Hike the whole coast

Columbia River to Tillamook Head
Hike 1C to 1A I walked 1.8 miles from 1C to 1A and back, 03/15/2024.  The seaward-facing sign for 1B was not visible from the beach, but I found it slid down the landward side of the foredune when I drove to the parking area for 1B and walked out the trail to the beach.
Hike 2 to 1A I walked 2 miles from 2 to 1A and back, 03/15/2024.  I did not see a seaward-facing sign for a beach access point 1, but I have not yet walked the trail inside the foredune from 2 to 1A to look for a landward-facing sign.
Hike 2 to 4 I walked 5.7 miles from 2 to 4 and back, 03/16/2024.  I found and GPS-pinned beach access point 3 on the way.  It's easier and more enjoyable to walk 2 miles south from 2 to 3 than to slog through the swamp from the official trailhead for 3 to the beach.
Hike 4 to 5 I walked 3.5 miles from 4 to 5 and back, 03/17/2024.  People love to drive and park on the beach in Clatsop County.
Hike 5 to Necanicum River I walked 2.6 miles from 5 to the Necanicum River and back, 03/17/2024.  I easily found , but did not see a seaward-facing sign for 6A.
Hike Necanicum River to Tillamook Head I walked 3.1 miles from the Necanicum River to the base of Tillamook Head and back, 03/17/2024.  I walked 0.6 mile around the base of the head on the steep cobble beach there.

What's the most efficient way to walk to the end of the Umpqua north spit?  I want to get mileages from there.

What's the most efficient way to pin #116?  My car won't make it to the end of Sparrow Park Road.  I'm not sure how far away I would have to stop and hike the rest of the way, but certainly before the section that is overrun by the creek.  Given that I also lack a pin at #115, perhaps the most efficient approach is to hike 2.6 miles from Tahkenitch Creek Trailhead to #115, pin that, and walk ~3 miles south on the beach to #116 and pin that.  That's a 12-mile day with lots of it on dry dune sand, but on a cloudy day it wouldn't be too hot.  Then again, on Google Maps it appears the creek crossings on Sparrow Park Rd are pretty far along, a mile or so from the beach.  If I could find a place to park, and walk the rest of the way, it would spare the long dune walk.  Or not - I still need to pin #115 - but it would spare the 4-5 mile beach walk between walking down and walking up the Tahkenitch Creek Trail.  But what the hell - long walks in paradise are not the worst thing that could happen!  I've only walked part of the beach between #115A and #116, and Threemile Lake has no outlet on the map - there may be seepage type creeks between the lake and ocean.  (There were not.)
