The Eurotherm 808 process controller is a relic from a bygone era, and as such requires disassembly to access the internal hardware configuration jumpers for changing fundamental parameters. It also provides no conversion of thermocouple emf to temperature for local applications, tungsten-5% rhenium / tungsten-26% rhenium.

There are four units in the experimental petrology lab, one each for the two Deltech furnaces, and one each for the two piston cylinder units.

Since model numbers and specs were not recorded elsewhere, they can be seen only by extracting the device from its installation.

Aging and fading label info was hard to read, so some guesswork for the south Deltech unit that died:

Specs for the working 808 unit swapped from Deltech north to south are very likely identical to these. Should have checked first. My bad.
