Title: Curvature and symmetries in low dimensions

Abstract: We consider isometric torus actions of almost maximal
symmetry rank on 4- and 5-dimensional Riemannian manifolds of positive
and non-negative sectional curvature as well as 4- and 5-dimensional
Alexandrov spaces of positive curvature.
