Registration Instructions

• Follow the "Register Now" link at the bottom of this page to get to the UO Summer Registration Page.
• Click on the "Registration" tab at the top of the page and select the "Registration Eligibility Form (with Info)" option.
• Fill out the form on-line and submit it.
• In a few days you should receive a Personal Access Code (PAC) in the mail that will allow you to register on-line using "Duck-Web".
• When you receive your PAC, go to the UO Homepage at www.uoregon.edu.
• Click on the "Duckweb" link in the upper-right part of the page.
• Click "to Log On".
• Enter your user ID (social security number) and your PAC and log on.
• Click on the "Student Menu".
• Click on the "Registration Menu".
• Click "Add/Drop Classes".
• Select the Summer 2004 term.
• Enter the CRN numbers of the workshops that you would like to take in the "Add Class Table" and click on "Submit Changes".
• You can find the CRN numbers of the courses that you want to take by going to the UO Homepage at www.uoregon.edu and clicking on the weekend and short courses link.
