allow you to access many important documents from the program,
college, and graduate school regarding degree progress, graduation,
etc.
Materials
Library
The program maintains
an extensive materials library of assessment instruments,
intervention materials, books, and training tapes. Use of the materials in the library is reserved for school psychology students under faculty supervision. SPSY students may access the materials by contacting Dr. Angela Whalen, or the SPSY Program Practicum GTF. Requests for use of the materials outside the school psychology program must be made by faculty members. and should be directed to Dr. Angela Whalen (awhalen@uoregon.edu; 346-2898). Because the purchase of these materials are supported in part
by an annual student fee specifically for this purpose, there
is no charge for students to use test protocols, manuals, etc.
that are required for their core assessment classes or
practicum assignments.

Program
Requirements
The
Graduate
Student Handbook (a PDF document), which is updated annually,
contains the program requirements that are current for that
year of admission. The most recent and previous versions of
the Doctoral, Masters, and licensure-only program requirements
are also available for download and printing as PDF files
from this website. You can find these documents under the

section of the Appendix
for Links and Forms, or use the following links to access
them directly:
Also note that
the program plan forms, suggested coursework timetables, and
licensure forms are all available in the handbook, under the
Program Forms and Checklists section of the Appendix.
Practicum
Students
For the
convenience of practicum students and their supervisors, this
section contains links to downloadable forms and files for observation
and evaluation of students' practicum work. For additional
information regarding completion and submission of these forms,
consult Dr. Angela Whalen, the program's practicum coordinator.
Interns
Internship
plans must be signed by you and your field supervisor, and
submitted to and approved by the Program Co-Director and Internship Coordinator Dr. Ken Merrell before you begin to accumulate internship clock hours and credit . Your quarterly evaluation materials,
including your signed hour/activity log and the completed
and signed intern evaluation form, must be submitted to Dr. Merrell NO LATER THAN the Tuesday of finals week each quarter (December 8 for
Fall Term 2009; March 16 for Winter Term 2010; June 8 for
Spring Term 2010).
