Dense affordable housing units create an intimate urban village that features garden lanes.  The “island” complex connects to shopping, parks, schools and public transportation.

Take 105 east to Main Street in Springfield, follow it out to 69th Street.  At the NW corner of Main and 69th Street, meet at the end of the cul de sac.  Parking on 69th street.

A sustainable development with a mixture of home ownership and affordable housing developed by St. Vincent de Paul, NEDCO and Habitat for Humanity.  Innovative landscape design relocated a wetland with a series of small basins that filter stormwater.  Green buildings exceed Super Good Cents energy standards by using high fly-ash concrete, radiant slab hydronic slab, recycled materials wheatboard.  Stair rails were created by SVP shops using its own Aurora recycled glass tile.
