Yellow indicates the space between the public way and the home itself.

Brown indicates the home.

Red indicates private outdoor areas.

Blue indicates pathways between the private areas and the home. These are usually stairways in these drawing due to the hillside location.

It is obvious yet interesting to note that the public way and the private areas represent the extremes on these progression studies.
