Using Avaya Telephone Features
Automatic Callback/Return Call
The Automatic Callback feature allows telephone users request a call back from a line that is busy, not answered, on another call or going to coverage. When the called extension becomes available, the system generates a callback call with a special three-burst ring to the caller's phone to signal that the other line is now available.
