There are several ways to send money to Katya's fund
I. To make a tax deductible donation:

a tax deductible fund for Katya's medical expenses.
Please make your checks payable to St. John Maximovich Serbian Orthodox
Church, write "Katya's medical expenses" on the check,
and mail it to the following address:

Please include your return address for donation receipts
which will be mailed at the end of the calendar year.
