Time Delay
The size of an object can be constrained by how quickly we see the emission
from the object to vary.
To see this, consider an object which shines steadily but
then instantaneously shuts-off.
Roughly speaking, if an object changes in brightness on a time scale of a week,
this means that the object must on the order of or smaller than around 1 light
week.
