Relative Humidity

The analysis of relative humidity will proceed as did the temperature analysis. The following chart compares relative humidity to the operating guideline:

Once again, it can be seen that the relative humidity levels, with the exception of the attic, tend to fall below the relative humidity UCL. Generally, the RH stays above the LCL to a greater degree than the temperature readings. The following chart indicates the amount of time the RH fell within the guidelines.
The attic is the only room with a significant amount of time above the UCL. All of the rooms have a percentage of time spent below the relative humidity LCL, although this is generally considered to be less damaging to artifacts as high humidity (except in extremely arid situations which are unlikely to be obtained in Eugene).
