In anticipation of time entry beginning June 17, please remember to run your PWIPAYR Work-Study Report to verify the amount of any remaining funds still available for use. June 13 is the last day to use 2007-2008 UO Work-Study Awards and 2007-2008 Federal Work-Study Awards if the student employee does not have a summer award.

Please correct any work-study overpayments ASAP.

2008-2009 Federal Work-Study indices are now posted at http://bg.uoregon.edu/hris/student/indices0809.htm

This page also includes an example of reporting June and July work-study hours during the July time entry window next month.
