The PWIPAY Work-Study Error Report, which is supposed to find earn 
code/account code mismatches, is not functioning properly at this time. We 
are working to resolve this with Information Services.  However, the 
PWIPAY Work-Study Report is not affected and is reporting information 
accurately.  Please continue to run the Work-Study Report to determine 
award availability, current award balances, or overpayments for your UO 
and Federal Work-Study student employees.

As many student employees will be eligible to work up to full time this 
summer, we would like to remind you that overtime is paid to student 
employees ONLY if more than 40 hours are worked in a week. This is not an 
optional policy. Only classified employees are covered by the SEIU 
contract that requires overtime for more than 8 hours of work per day. 
Student employees are also not eligible for holiday pay or paid leave.
