payroll: PCS - New Employee Announcements

We are pleased to announce three new employees have started with Purchasing and Contracting Services (PCS).
Michael Rogers joined PCS as a Contracts Manager on July 21, 2008.  Michael previously worked with PCS as a temporary employee.

Sarah Hilderbrand joined PCS as a Contracts Manager on July 28, 2008.  She joins us from Idaho's Department of Administrative Services where she was a Purchasing Officer.  Previously, she worked with a private law firm in Eugene with her practice focusing on municipal and government law.
