Dear Colleagues,
We are preparing for the retirement reception on June 1st and need your assistance. Because of the changes in retirement plans, many employees no longer consult with Benefits staff in HR about retirement.  We want to make sure no one is being left out of the event.

If there are employees in your department who will be retiring before July 1, please reply with an email with their name and their supervisor’s name.

We need to receive this information by next Wednesday, May 6.
