payroll: HR Request for information

Dear Colleagues,

First, we want to thank those of you that have already submitted the information requested in the email below. Based on the importance of acknowledging our retirees, and the small number of responses, we are resending the request. We understand this is a busy time of year, however in order to recognize the retirees in your respective department we must receive their name and their supervisor's name by Tuesday, May 19.

Please note that the UO Retirement Reception has been rescheduled for June 17.

Dear Colleagues,
We are preparing for the retirement reception on June 1st and need your assistance. Because of the changes in retirement plans, many employees no longer consult with Benefits staff in HR about retirement.  We want to make sure no one is being left out of the event.

If there are employees in your department who will be retiring before July 1, please reply with an email with their name and their supervisor¹s name.

We need to receive this information by next Wednesday, May 6.
