payroll: October Payroll - Student Hours Not Entered
Due to the large volume of student paperwork that was not processed for October time entry, the Payroll Office requests that you send student hours that need to be entered by e-mail or by faxing (6-1109) an earnings request form to Jen Sowins by 12:00pm on Friday, October 23. Any requests to pay student employees submitted after noon on Friday must be made by manual check request. To submit student hours via email, please include the following information in the body of the message or an attached spreadsheet. Submission of hours in this manner does not relieve departments of properly maintaining signed student time sheets as required for auditing purposes.

This method may only be used to submit student employee hours for which you did not have access to a record during the October time entry window in PHAHOUR. Any terminations must use a manual check request.
Email student hours to Jen Sowins, jenni@uoregon.edu. Again, any submission of student hours by email must be sent by 12:00 on Friday, October 23.
