payroll: Payroll Updates



Earnings Statement (regular and DuckWeb printable version):  has been revised and now contains three sections where employees receive furlough information:

-	Furlough Reduction, LW7  (The dollar value of the salary reduction) 
-	Furlough Taken, LTZ  (Expressed in hours and dollars) 
-	Furlough Leave, XFUR  (Current furlough balance & hours taken )

Leave Reports:  have been updated with the new furlough codes:  

-	Revised Time Sheet on PWIPAYR
-	Revised Leave Report on PWIPAYR
-	Revised Leave History Report on PWIORPT
-	Revised Leave Balance Report on DuckWeb 

Time sheet Revisions:  we have made the following additions to time sheets.

-	Work Schedule Check Boxes: Regular, Irregular, Flexible
-	Furlough Check Boxes: Default & Opt-Out
